The Scope of the Home Inspection

Whether you are buying, selling or maintaining your home, Inspiration Home Inspection LLC provides professional and quality service from the moment you contact us. For your convenience the entire scheduling process can be accomplished online. As a State of New Mexico licensed home inspector and a Certified Professional Inspector, I will help you better understand your future home. In fact, I welcome you to your home inspection. Inspiration Home Inspection LLC follows the State of New Mexico Home Inspector Licensing Standards of Practice.

If you attend the inspection and after we walk through the home together, an explanation of the general home condition and systems will be given to you and your agent. I will discuss any questions you have and anything you will want to keep an eye on will be mentioned.

You will receive my easy-to-read on-line report in a timely manner that will be delivered in HTML and/or PDF format. From that report, you will be able to view the items that we discussed as well as all the other pertinent details, with images for reference. The report will contain the following sections as needed: Upgrade/Maintenance Recommendations, Moderate Recommendations (most items generally are in this category), and Significant and/or Safety Concerns.

A home is the biggest purchase most people will ever make, and a home inspection is a sound investment in the home buying process. It’s important to realize the condition of your investment.  Inspiration Home Inspection LLC can help with an honest, impartial, third party assessment of your future home.

While some little quirks may be nothing to worry about, they are in every house, some may be serious issues that only a qualified professional can assess and correct.
